Shipping regions & eligibility

  • We currently ship to the following regions: Canada (all provinces & territories) and the United States (continental only).

  • For all other regions (including overseas), please contact us at support@saskproud.com to check eligibility.

Processing & fulfilment time

  • All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand.

  • Typical processing time is 2–5 business days from the date the order is placed (business days = Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping transit times

  • Canada (via standard shipping): 2–5 business days after dispatch depending on destination.

  • United States (via standard shipping): 3-6 business days after dispatch depending on destination and customs.

  • Please note: these are estimates and actual times may vary by carrier, holidays, extreme weather or remote locations.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We sometimes offer promotions such as “Free standard shipping on Canada orders over CAD $150.” Details shown at checkout when applicable.

Tracking & lost/delayed shipments

  • If you have not received your shipment within the typical timeframe above, please email us at support@saskproud.com with your order number and we’ll investigate.

  • Sask Proud is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers’ handling, or remote location delivery delays.

Carrier responsibility

  • We partner with reputable carriers (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, FedEx) for delivery.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the carrier scans the package as delivered.

Address changes & errors

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at time of checkout.

  • If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@saskproud.com. We may still be able to revise or cancel the shipment but cannot guarantee it once dispatch has occurred.

Returns due to incorrect address

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be notified. We can reship the order at your cost (shipping cost applied again) or you may receive a refund of the product cost minus the original shipping.
