How it works:
- Submit your work: send us a portfolio or a few high‑resolution designs using the form below (vector files or high‑resolution PNGs are ideal).
- Review & selection: our team evaluates submissions for fit with our brand and print viability.
- Sign the agreement: if selected, you’ll sign a non‑exclusive licensing agreement. This agreement grants Prairie Proud the right to reproduce and distribute your art on specified products while you retain ownership; it also includes indemnification language requiring you to warrant that the art is original and to indemnify Prairie Proud against any infringement claims.
- Production & marketing: we prepare products through Printful and promote them via our website, newsletter and social channels.
- Revenue share & reporting: once items sell, net profits (after production and transaction fees) are split evenly. You’ll receive sales statements and payments on a set schedule (e.g., monthly or quarterly).
- Term & renewal: the licence lasts for a defined period (suggest two years with automatic one‑year renewals). Either party can end the agreement for cause (e.g., non‑payment or other breach) before renewal.
